23+ years experience in pet food business including (management and individual contributor) in manufacturing, operations, technical, R&D, and government settings, including product/process development from benchtop to commercial operations, formulation, scale-up, and optimization. Strong understanding of engineering, and statistical concepts. Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with marketing, supply chain, Q&FS, Technical & Operation department, manufacturers, and suppliers. Working knowledge of food process lab equipment and procedures. Strong Experience & understanding in corrective and preventive actions and validation processes. Strong understanding of troubleshooting & problem solving. Well-versed in authoring and reviewing technical reports, protocols, and SOPs. Set-Up, Execute and maintain training documents and program. Strong Experience with pilot plant trials, factory trials, and new plant start-ups (CVS). Demonstrated ability with project management and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in planning, managing, and executing multiple projects effectively. Experience in collaborating with internal customers and external partners.
